We've experienced both.
It really does depend on the individual and what they want to do. We prefer FFM with a friend of ours. MMF is certainly much harder to organise coz guys are always afraid of whatever it is they are afraid of. We approach bi guys now because of this. I think several reasons why MMF might be popular. (1) MMF has more intensity than FFM. Men are on average more aggressive. That's just our nature and the way we were nurtured.
