Wisconsin Police Shoot Black Man as He’s Getting in Car

Video surfaced Sunday night of police in Kenosha, Wisconsin, shooting a Black man in the back as he got into a car.

Witnesses told the Kenosha News that the man had just tried to break up a fight between two women. Video posted online shows him walking to a car, trailed by police, and opening the driver’s side door.

One cop grabbed him by the back of the T-shirt and at least one opened fire. A fusillade of shots was heard as bystanders screamed in horror.

A spokesman for the Kenosha Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Police said in a brief statement that the man was life-flighted to a Milwaukee hospital and was in serious condition.


A state agency was investigating the shooting.

The incident comes two days after a Black man was shot dead by police in Lafayette, Louisiana, as he walked away from officials—another confrontation that was captured on video.

Cops fired 11 bullets at Trayford Pellerin outside a gas station while responding to a report of a disturbance involving a knife-wielding man.

Lafayette police said Pellerin walked away from them as they approached to arrest him and was not stopped by a Taser.

“They did my brother wrong,” Treneca Pellerin wrote on Facebook.

The NAACP and the ACLU decried the Pellerin shooting, and his family is being represented by Ben Crump, the civil rights lawyer who handled the George Floyd and Breonna Taylor cases.

The slain McAllen officers were identified as Edelmiro Garza, 45, and Ismael Chavez, 39. They were killed while responding to a domestic disturbance complaint, The Monitor reported.

“We have lost two brave public servants who sought only to keep peace in our City,” McAllen police Chief Victor Rodriguez said via text message Saturday, according to the newspaper.

The suspect was identified as Audon Ignacio Camarillo, 23, who was most recently arrested last month on assault charges, according to The Monitor.

And of course, the Black Lives Matter folks couldn't resist taking their moment to offer up their views on the deaths of 2 police officers.

You be sure to dig down into whatever sewer you get your news from, and find more reports where police shot someone, and then you propagandize it so you can demonize all law enforcement officers and attack anyone who would dare defend them.

 

U.S. police officers obviously cannot murder black men with impunity. Whenever they kill a black criminal at the scene or his most recent crime, or whenever a black criminal dies in custody there will be a black ghetto riot, and disgusting scenes like this:

I have been stopped and frisked by policemen a few times. When this happens I do not demand my so called "rights." I move slowly, keep my hands in sight, and speak respectfully.

On the surface, the Kenosha shooting looks bad. Have to see the cop cam video just to make sure he hadn't grabbed a gun or some weapon in the vehicle. If there is nothing, the cops who shot need a longtime in gen pop. You don't get to shoot people just because they won't stop leaving when they want you to stay.

This is different: L.A. i s the police chase capital of the world, and it should be a crime when, as in one case a few years ago, they were chasing a perp in a stolen car, resulting in a crash that killed an innocent gardener in his truck - a father of 4. For a fucking stolen car...

 

My synopsis is thus : On the surface most of these Black shootings will be deemed justifiable, some cops will be fed as fodder in those questionable!

It is Important, that Cops maintain an "In Command" Profile, "Weak Cops" means Poor Enforcement. Without an "In Command Presence" Cops will

Not be able to maintain respect, or instill order! Citizens will just do what the fuck they Please! Cops must not only retain the Command presence, but

to act on it as well! It is expected of Police to maintain Law and order, Establish it when or where there isn't any! To expect from them on one hand , and deny on the other

will not maintain the needed force. Otherwise its a Free For All! Some might be ok with that, but not the majority!

 

The Kenosha police don't have "cop cam", so it'll be a case of the cops word against his words if he survives....though there is a video of the shooting that's gone viral and a lot of eyewitness accounts of the whole kerfuffle.

 

I believe Black people have for a LONG time chosen, to disrespect the LAW, while at the same time, reviled at the idea of "Disrespect" ! They need practice what they preach!
They Do a Great job of Preaching, but a piss poor Job at practice. Most consider it justifiable to "Steal from Whitey and Toms" .

 

Spending time in jail means nothing to Black People, and that is a real shame, Was not what MLK envisioned!

For a while now I have thaught this thread was redundant ,
now sadly it has become very pertinent again.

 

For a black ghetto thug a maximum security prison is a vacation resort. Being sentenced to one is a place to renew old friendships from previous incarcerations, and to make new friends. It is a place to learn new criminal skills. In the underclass having served time in a maximum security prison is a status symbol. An ex con is considered to be a bad dude who should not be angered.
