Refund request
Hello.
It's not that I don't understand the nature of your digital subscription service, but I want to explain my lea1101@naver.com account.
I was forced to buy a live worksheet license by a fellow teacher (transtab72@gmail.com ) in early August last year, so I bought it from my school budget. However, it was a budget compulsion, and the account has never used the service since it was purchased last year, until now, when it was automatically updated. I was told that the transtab72@gmail.com account he used last year has been refunded for the automatic renewal. He will definitely make the purchase this year again from other school's budget(even if it may not be the same account).
So I request a purchase refund for my account. Sincerely.
